I'm not sure yet about the glow effect since I've taken 16 tabs for 16 days. Maybe if I consume more, I would see the effect. But, the sodium content is so high about 500mg, around 42% of your daily needed consumption. I noticed that I'm actually accumulating water like a mild edema on my legs. Taste is good though and very convenient sana for a collagen intake.
So far so good. It's been 2 weeks and some friends already notice the visible effects on my face.

I'm giving 5 stars cause I love the flavor and how easy it is to drink since it just dissolveson it's own. But with the effect, I have yet to witness the benefit on my skin.
Taste are so good and make me take more water daily. Also biotin helps my nails make looks healthy.
